The Forum is so much more than just a gym! It’s a community of people who come together to workout and have fun! The workouts offered are unique and challenging! The atmosphere in here will make you feel comfortable and like you fit right in, everyone is so welcoming! The trainers are amazing and super supportive! If it wasn’t for this place I’m not sure I would work out as often as I do. The Forum really is a community of accepting, caring and fun folks that will help you believe in your full potential, even on days you think you aren’t capable. I truly look forward to all of the classes I’m enrolled in and love the confidence and strength I’ve gained in the process. Joining The Forum has been life changing for me. I wanted to learn skills that weren\u2019t available anywhere else in Red Deer, and make some friends and connections while at it. The Forum hit both of these goals, and even exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a place where you feel supported in your fitness journey, not judged for your weaknesses, and want to try ways of working out that aren\u2019t the typical boring gym – then The Forum is definitely a place for you!<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

I cannot say enough about this establishment. The welcoming and positive environment motivates me to reach my goals. There is such a wonderful feeling of community as it is family friendly and classes are for ALL fitness levels. Been going for a year now and my daughter started 6 months before me. We both Love this place. The Coaches are Amazing, the Classes are so much fun! I was never a class person until I started here! Everyone that goes to this gym is so encouraging, I love the community that has been developed. The Forum is an AMAZING community!! I recommend this place to anyone who likes to meet new people, challenge themselves and\/or have TONS of fun while getting fit! There’s a wide variety of classes so there is something for everyone, beginner or advanced! I absolutely love this place with all my heart. The members, the coaches and the activities are so awesome! When I joined The Forum a year ago I was hoping to discover a new passion and learn some new skills. What I actually found was so much more. I found a community that builds up its members and in reality is more like a family. I\u2019ve made friends who I can be my authentic weird self around.
