Master Classes

Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks, also called Fabric or Tissu, are one long piece of fabric attached in the middle to the ceiling to create two long tails. In this class you will learn to climb, invert in the air, and hang upside down. As you increase strength and comfort-level, you will learn sequences, drops, slides, and flips that allow you to descend the fabric with style and grace.

In these 1 hour classes, you will focus on learning new skills and/or reviewing and perfecting technique. All classes will conclude with body conditioning and/or stretching on the apparatus. Classes are small groups to ensure sufficient time on the apparatus for each person. Private lessons and semi-private lessons are available upon request as well.

Hand Balancing

Have you ever wanted to properly train a handstand or learn the different types of handstands you can train? Interested in play with different shapes and power moves from your handstand? Well this class is for you!

In these 1 hour classes, we will be focusing on conditioning your bodies proper posture to correctly and successfully hold your handstands. With progression training and commitment you will see results in your hand balancing by taking this session! Private lessons and semi-private lessons are available upon request as well.

Pole Fitness

Pole Fitness uses the pole to its maximum potential as a versatile piece of fitness equipment.  It works the whole body, improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture as well as upper body and core strength.

In these 1 hour classes, you will focus on learning new skills and/or reviewing and perfecting technique. All classes will conclude with body conditioning and/or stretching on the apparatus. Classes are small groups to ensure sufficient time on the apparatus for each person. Private lessons and semi-private lessons are available upon request as well.

Obstacle Race Training

Get your sweat on with this high intensity obstacle course race skills training class. From Spartan Race to Tough Mudder, this class takes on the skills and training required to get you around any obstacle race. Think you’re tough enough?

In these 1 hour classes, you will focus on learning new skills and/or reviewing and perfecting technique.  Private lessons and semi-private lessons are available upon request as well.

Kettlebells

Russian kettlebells are used extensively in Russian military training. They come in a variety of weights, and when used as part of a regular strength training routine help to increase muscle, stamina and flexibility.
You can attribute superb physical condition and performance ability to advanced kettlebell drills and training. In these 1 hour classes, you will focus on learning new skills and/or reviewing and perfecting technique. Private lessons and semi-private lessons are available upon request as well.

Lyra

Lyra, also called Hoop, is a steel ring hung vertically by one or two ropes. In this class you will learn poses and moves on and above the hoop. As you become more advanced, you will learn to spin the apparatus as you execute skills and poses.

In these 1 hour classes, you will focus on learning new skills and/or reviewing and perfecting technique. Classes include an aerial warm-up, but your personal floor warm-up will help you to execute class exercises safely. In Beginner classes, you will be given guided instruction for proper floor warm-ups.

All classes will conclude with body conditioning and/or stretching on the apparatus. Aerial classes are small groups to ensure sufficient time on the apparatus for each person. Private lessons and semi-private lessons are available upon request as well.

Conditioning Classes

Functional Movement

*Conditioning Class* Functional training mirrors everyday actions like reaching, walking, carrying, lifting and bending so moving becomes easier. It’s all down to your body doing what it was meant to using primal movement. What is primal movement – push, pull, bend, twist, move, lunge and squat. We mix things up with a handful of bodyweight, apparatuses and fun equipment to put you through your movement and get those muscles talking. This class is for everyone who wants to learn how to move better and feel more flexible. What’s the best part – functional training is a great addition to any workout – make your body stronger, protect joints and prevent injury. Flexibility

*Conditioning Class* Flexibility and Mobility will not only help maintain your current range of motion, but stretch beyond it! Learn safe and effective ways to gain flexibility in your shoulders, hips and back! Our coaches are trained to work with all level of athletes/flexibility enthusiasts; so whether you can’t touch your toes or you have crazy over-splits, there is something to gain from this class! Conditioning

*Conditioning Class* This class will get your blood pumping! High energy training with our amazing coaches – get your cardio, strength, and mobility in while you burn fat and get stronger! We will use body weight training, apparatuses, kettlebell training and more to get you ready to take on your day…and maybe the world! Requirements: No experience necessary Activewear Bring water

Relaxed AF

*Conditioning Class* In this class for ages 50+ you will be using the aerial silks as an apparatus to stretch, mobilize and relax the body. Don’t worry, it’s all low impact, and low to the ground. Some movements will include inverting, however our coaches are trained to make modifications for all abilities. Requirements: Willingness to try new things No experience necessary Wear clothing that allows you to move No jewelry, zippers or velcro Bring water

OCR Conditioning

*Conditioning Class* This class is designed to take you through the strength and skill components that are necessary to compete at any obstacle endurance event. We will be climbing, running, pushing, dragging, wall climbing and more. Upper and lower body strength will be developed. Requirements: All Fitness Levels/No Experience Required. Baby Wearing Dance

*Conditioning Class* During this class, you’ll dance, move and exercise while you wear your baby! Feel free to wear any baby carrier you please. Just wear comfortable clothing you can move and sweat in. There is no childcare provided during this time, however, your child is welcome to play downstairs while you dance. Contemporary Dance

*Conditioning Class* During this contemporary dance technique class we’ll focus on how the body can move efficiency through space using different qualities of movement. While we practice typical dance exercises, like tendus and plies, we will simultaneously be increasing our body awareness and range of motion in our shoulders, hip flexors, and spine. The class will be structured with center floor exercises, floor work exercises, across the floor, and short combinations of different jumps and turns. Boogie Bounce

*Conditioning Class* The Boogie Bounce Xtreme programme is FAB, FUN and FUNKY complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline. Every muscle in the body is worked. EVEN THE FACE! Requirements: No experience necessary Activewear Bring water

Duos

*Conditioning Class* Double up on all the fun! This is a rotation class where you will learn partner tricks in 6 different disciplines! Each week will be something new including; Partner Acrobatics, Aerials & Conditioning! A great way to connect with other people, gain strength, coordination and trust! Sexy AF

*Conditioning Class* Unleash your fierce side in this fun and sexy dance class! In the course of this 3 week session you will learn 1 fully choreographed dance number! Classes happen every second week. You will practice specific techniques and skills that are necessary for the choreography! Get ready to have a blast while you work your body! Pound

*Conditioning Class* Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Requirements: No experience necessary Activewear Bring water

Aerial Choreography

*Conditioning Class* Do your circus goals include being able to confidently perform a fully choreographed aerial acrobatic routine? If so, this class is for you! Choose your apparatus and Coach Megan will teach you how to efficiently and effectively create an aerial routine! If you plan on performing an aerial routine in our next Showcase, this would be the perfect class for you! Get direct feedback and tips to make the most epic performance possible!
