How do I sign my child up for Child Minding?

To sign your child(ren) up for child minding, you can use our schedule system either on your desktop or app! All classes that offer childminding will have a “Child Minding” class posted 5 minutes prior to the class that you are taking. Register in that class – if you have more than one child give us a call or message us to confirm spots for all of them!

Do I need to pre-register for Child Minding?

Yes! We only take a limited number of children for child minding each class. Register your child(ren) online, call in, or message us before the class so we know how many persons to expect so we don’t exceed capacity!

Do I need to pre-register for classes?

We recommend that you pre-register but it is not a requirement for regularly scheduled classes. However all classes have a capacity, if you do not pre-register there is a possibility the class will be full and you will be unable to join us.
In regards to pre-registered sessions, they run as a series of classes – it is highly recommended to participate in all classes scheduled as a session.

What is appropriate attire for classes?

Most importantly, you want to be in clothing that makes you comfortable, is breathable and that you can easily maneuver in.
If you are attending a silks/circus class; it is recommended that your bottoms cover the backs of your knees. Bodysuits are also highly recommended. You will be required to remove any jewellery, zipper or velcro for these classes.
Most classes are barefoot with the exception of: rock climbing, bouldering and the warped wall. You are welcome to wear socks or indoor shoes if you desire.

Is there a class in which I can participate with my child?

Yes! Most of our classes are family friendly and we also have classes that are specifically geared towards children! Aerial Silks and Kettlebells are not safe for young children.

Do I have to sign a waiver?

Yes! We have three different types of waivers.

  • Adult – 18 and over
  • Minor – 17 and under (A parent or guardian’s signature is required upon first arrival. If client is 15+ years, they do not need to be accompanied by their parent or guardian after their first visit.)
  • Child Minding – Waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian, upon first arrival, for any child(ren) partaking in our child minding program.

We encourage you to get social and have a few beverages as you attend these awesome evenings!
